FITTER run groups - HAVE STARTED

Wednesday 6:30-7:30pm

Just turn up to a fun outdoor session that provides you with great group dynamics, structure to your training, and will help push your boundaries every session!

Two or three fitter coaches will be at the session and the group will split into groups so parents can achieve their training goals while we take children (12yr+) through a training session that will help them with running techniques and drills incorporated into fun activities.

Casual: $10 per session, 8x Concession Pass $64

FITTER launches new weight loss and fitness program

(17 Dec 09) FITTER launches a new health program designed for rapid weight loss and fitness gains. Recognising the desire to see results immediately when attempting to improve your health status FITTER have designed an initiative to maximise results in the first month. Combining our years of experience with training and nutrition we’ve structured a program with an intensive fortnight period intended to elicit both the foundations of fitness and rapid weight loss, giving you the much needed kick start to a Fitter, leaner and healthier you.

FITTER guys in action
(29 Nov 09) FITTER’s three triathletes all qualified to race the Elite division at long distance World Championship this year. Andrew Mackay was racing in the pro division at the Hawaii Ironman, and Liam and Bevan were part of the New Zealand elite team to race the Long Distance Triathlon champs in Perth. Illustrating the difficulty in finding the right balance between enough training and too much we had a mixed bag of results, with Bevan picking up stress fracture a month out from his race and preventing him starting, and Andrew experiencing some difficulties in the oppressive Hawaii heat.
Liam however proudly represented the FITTER name, recording the 4th fastest run of the day in Perth, to finish 15th overall in hot and humid conditions. The race boasted an extremely strong international line up which makes this result extremely impressive in his first race in a senior elite field. Congratulations Liam!! :)
