OUR COACHES

Although each athlete within the FITTER squad works closely with Bevan or Tim as their primary coach, our coaches work in collaboration to closely track and review the training and development of all our FITTER athletes.

BEVAN MCKINNON - Director/Owner of FITTER Coaching

Bevan has over 20 years experience of coaching in triathlon. He has coached Pro Triathletes to multiple IRONMAN and 70.3 wins and been instrumental in helping a significant number of AG Triathletes achieve their dream of qualifying for Kona.

Bevan is an IRONMAN University Certified Coach, Triathlon NZ Level 3 Accredited Coach, Bike NZ Coach and a qualified NETFIT Strength and Conditioning Coach.

As an elite level triathlete Bevan won the Age Group World Championships in Kona, the Age Group World Championships at IRONMAN 70.3 and the Age Group World Championships at ITU Long Course.

TIM BRAZIER, based in Wanaka New Zealand, has an impressive resume within the Triathlon and Multisport world having coached professional and age group athletes to National and International success in Olympic Triathlon, Iron-Distance Triathlon, Xterra Triathlon, Multisport and Mountain Biking.

As well as being an IRONMAN University Certified Coach Tim brings an impressive mix of credentials and experience to the FITTER brand:
