A 3 hour workshop (maximum 5 participants per workshop) designed to improve freestyle technique for open water swimming.
The first half of the workshop involves videoing swimmers using underwater camera footage (front and side on) as well as swimmers being videoed from pool deck and overhead. Swimmers will also learn and practice drills and stroke correction technique.
The second half of the workshop is used for theory discussion around optimal freestyle technique utilising the "Swimsmooth Pro" coaching console. Swimmers will have the opportunity to view and analyse their own swim footage.
Personal video footage is made available to participants post session via file sharing through Drop Box. Swimmers will also be e-mailed a document outlining corrective swimming drills and how to perform them.
Runs: Saturday and Sunday mornings at various dates throughout the year
